Actually when I was a resident it took 17 minutes from arrival of the woman with an abuptio in the OR till birth. Both (mother and chil were alive). There was no useless word, everybody knew what was going on, what to do and what was his (her) duty. The extraction longed (!) 30 secs, skin to birth. I did a midline. BC Dr Eberhard Lisse a écrit :

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
