Small rural health dept. here overworked, understaffed, really doesn't have anyone designated to do contact notification, and wouldn't have any better luck finding her even if there was someone who could try. Leaving the ball in their court would just p.o. some ladies that we share an office with. *sigh*

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
