See my previous post, reposted by Robert. Patient #2 already KNOWS that patient#1 is a patient in our office, and we know that she knows, and so does patient #1, as they had previous to that day always come in together, and pt#2's brother is pt#1's FOB (or vice versa).

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
