It does not matter whether she gets it or not. What matters is that you sent it to an address given by her and you have proof that you did make an attempt to contact her (certified with return receipt). If she did not update her contact information, that is not your fault.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
