I don't think Vicryl would be a problem with the Parkland technique, only with Pomeroy. You don't want the tubal ends contiguous to each other when they are healing.

That's what I am saying. I don't use chromic any longer because of BSE outlawing it in Europe and because Vicryl is resorbed easier anyway.

But I am also worried about the delayed absorption and thus only do Parkland's.

Hence my question.
