Williams has a section that discusses it. The only time I did fimbriectomy was when I did vaginal TLs, none in over 20 years.

I think frimbiectomy has the highest failure rate..

Interesting, Ef - I always thought that fimbriectomy had the lowest failure rate.

Anyone got any data?
