Yes, I agree with you. I saw her this morning before your reply. The problem was that I was not sure about chorioamnionitis or cervicitis. I reviewed the case by myself, and things are pretty obviuos now. I started with misoprostol this morning, and kept her under antibiotics coverage. Thank you for all

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
