We did not collect the material from the vagina. This is not a very common thing to do down here, mainly when we are dealing with pregnancies under 20 wks. But since she is under 3 antibiotics (ampicilin+clindamycin+gentamicin) that have a wide spectrum, I believe that whatever is the organism, it is covered.
