Ah, I can see it now. No V/Es. No intrusive doctors. Standing up, pushing, and. . . .

1) Suddenly a loop of cord drops out on the floor!

2) Suddenly a gush of blood drops out on the floor!

3) Suddenly a leg and foot sticks out, not reaching the floor!

4) Suddenly, the patient keels over unconscious, on the floor!

5) Suddenly, . . . (add your own scenario here)

At least there's not a fan blowing for the sh*t to hit. hehe

Actually, there was a fan blowing in the room! But she was facing it so no brown stuff hit the whirly thing. It fel into my lap on my beuatiful green plastic apron.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
