Ah, I can see it now. No V/Es. No intrusive doctors. Standing up, pushing, and. . . .

1) Suddenly a loop of cord drops out on the floor!

2) Suddenly a gush of blood drops out on the floor!

3) Suddenly a leg and foot sticks out, not reaching the floor!

4) Suddenly, the patient keels over unconscious, on the floor!

5) Suddenly, . . . (add your own scenario here)

At least there's not a fan blowing for the sh*t to hit. hehe

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
