I'm just guessing that you're referring to Dr. Eisenstein and Homefirst. He does not work with direct-entry midwives that I know of, only CNM's. Your comment on their outcomes is entirely anecdotal, and yes, a erm IUFD could have happened in your practice.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
