I would say that is meant as a bit of humor, not reality. After all, she gave birth yesterday in Los Angeles. Some might say LA is about as far from the real world as the moon, but I doubt it is zero gravity. They didn't say if it was in a hospital or at home, I'm sure we will hear later.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
