but even if one is the last in the class - the person is still (porbably( pretty darn smart. You had the top fo the HS classes go to the premed stuff in college -- then the top of that goes to med school. So you have a whole bunck of smart people in the med school to begin with. And then the ones of them that "don't test well" (as described by El) happen to be the "bottom" of the class.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
