El My insurere wants me to send them info if there is ever something I think they should know about. This would be one - and if their files receive copies of all the information at this time - it would *hopefully* be part of a great defense. Should she file ... But then all of you non-USA folks are know that that may still not help at all if a jury sees a devastated husband etc - "give 'em money" ... Joanne

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
