Actually, the really good students in my class were very cool. One even got selected for the German astronout program but for some or other reason never made it, probably got pregnant or something.

And the future Ortho-Gynies (ie bottomfeeders like me :-)-O) were also quite cool, because we didn't really give a damn.

Most of this is manual labour which you can learn if you try hard enough.

It's the mediocre ones that I always worry about.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
