<snipped el's great post>

Note I had a smiley :)

But you're a fabulous doc, and human being. You stuck with your goal and succeeded. Damn, you even became a NURSE before med school. I agree, grades aren't everything, I've found the straight A know it all types are obnoxious, but they get rewarded in school by faculty. (Please I'm not flaming those with stellar grades!) I've had my grade issues. Faculty do rank students by grades, not other characteristics. I'm trying to succeed against hyper self confident, very young students who have stellar grades, who don't have to work their way through school, but have absolutely no experience in the real world of health care. I'm wondering if I am too old for grad school, but your experience inspires me to hang in here.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
