Why?? Do you suspect domestic violence or abuse? To me, that is going above and beyond the normal follow-up for a non-compliant patient and is worse than getting a court order for needed care.

We used to have another OB in town who the nurses couldn't always find when his patients were in labor. They would call the police to find him, apparently had a girl-friend whose house they knew about and they could always find him there.
