Maybe it's the wrong cord. Is it the cord from the first (delivered) baby?

I guess you could do an internal podalic version and extract (like in the good ole days!).

You don't really need the C/S "Stuff" of course. If the Gas Man puts her under, a single blade will do in this case - at least temporarily.
