Re: AGUS papFrom: Garry E. Siegel, M.D. (garrys@mindspring.com)Thu Apr 6 01:43:27 2006
Colpo--inadequate with tiny os. ECC and endo biopsy done Local Gyn onc (and his partner) suggest LEEP pretty much regardless of results, unless the results are diagnostic, and strong consideration to hyst since her family is complete. Delightful, long standing patient who just had a friend die of Ovarian Cancer at a young age--she is terrified and was ready for a hysterectomy when I called her about the AGUS. Garry

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
