Colposcoy and ECC. If they are negative and no AGUS "favor neoplasia" pap smear every six months till negative. Otherwise conization. The posibility of direct histerctomy must be informed if she prefer it. L. Cryo--some type of dysplasia--around age 20, no records. Intermittently, has had atypical/reactive paps, maybe a colpo here and there--worst biopsy atypia. Due to LGSIL pap/worry, had a LEEP 11/05--mild dysplasia, clear margins. Her first postop pap was AGUS. Thoughts? Garry

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
