Re: Osler courseFrom: Joanne Bulley, MD (islesannie@yahoo.com)Tue Mar 28 20:41:49 2006
I took the Osler course immediately prior to my recert in 1997. 6 days of 10 hours a day .... 1 day off and then the recert exam. Gruelling. Worth it? Hard to say - I think I'd have passed anyway but it was good to have the review. The Harvard Marh Review course was always good (but then it is almost April now!) If you sign up for everything possible at ACOG (and you get quite the variety to pick from) you can get nearly that many hours. Joanne

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
