I've tried to replicate it but haven't yet. If you post via the web page at the top of the posting form it asks: If the contact information displayed here is not yours then select [change person] so, if you click that button [change person] it will then ask you for your email address. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
