Gail, why bother to attend....in your universe, its all natural (though, of course pneumonia's naturel too)...and essentially risk free, so why bother to be there in the first place. They obviously need no interventions, so save a buck, or a pound, for the NHS and let 'em stay at home and have their babies there.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
