Re: South Dakota law bans nearly all abortionsFrom: Raymond Stephen (stephen.raymond@dhhs.tas.gov.au)Fri Mar 10 23:28:58 2006
In fact, if you try to find out you come up against a brick wall, because these things are in the realm of "witchcraft", and are a secret unless you are one of the chosen. In addition, they make up their concoctions differently every time depending on what herbs, leaves or roots are available. The alkaloids or other active substances in the vegetation vary in their concentrations at different seasons also. There are several favourite roots, and in particular, one of the Canna family has been "banned" in South Africa. Not that that really matters as there is no policing or quality control! The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
