Thanks, that's exactly what I was looking for - I will go ahead with what I planned: review it with her and let her choose.

Personally I would lean towards at least removing the IUD, and if that was colonized as well then treat her. Aaaah, the art of medicine...

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
