Just for our edification, what IS the wording of Namibia's A&S Act of 1975?

I believe in the rule of law.

If Namibia's Abortion and Sterilization Act (1975) is fundamentalist, it is unfortunate but I will comply with the Act.

By the way, for over 10 years I have asked almost every woman whether she would be willing to challenge the constitutionality of the Act, but been unsuccessful so far.
