Listers- 50-ish year-old patient with normal Pap history who had condyloma about 30 years ago developed a 3mm, flat, slightly raised lesion on vestibule. I excised it completely during a biopsy, but without a wide-excision. Path returned VIN-III with no evidence of VIN at the margin edges. Would you: 1. Follow clinically? 2. Follow with colposcopy? 3. Perform laser? 4. Perform wide local excision? Gracias. Ashley

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
