I agree with el, I'd just do a pap too. There is good reason to believe that in the healthy young women, it might have gotten better.

Along those same lines, I saw a gal this week with all normal paps, one partner etc for what FP described as something odd on the cervix. What they saw was just a Nabothian cyst, but what I saw with the colposcope was diffuse acetowhite. Last pap was last month and was read as normal.

Would anyone biopsy?
