Re: South Dakota law bans nearly all abortionsFrom: LCLEMOS@aol.comTue Mar 7 09:34:33 2006
In a message dated 3/7/2006 11:12:16 A.M. Eastern Standard Time, doctorjoe@aol.com writes: And so that's the primary, paramount, major reason to allow abortion in cases of rape or incest?? Ok, you don't want her to post so often, but you continue to bait. So I'll take up the slack, not that she needs defending. She has already clearly stated that the mother's mental health is of paramount importance in the decision to allow abortion on demand. What more do you need to understand her point of view? Is this a practice exercise in doing cross examination for fun via asynchronous email trying to 'trip up the witness' by making her position sound illogical? I don't remember seeing her statement that this was PRIMARY or PARAMOUNT, just that this was one reason. Laurie in ME (procrastinating studying epidemiology, because this is more fun)

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
