Re: South Dakota law bans nearly all abortionsFrom: GA12L@aol.comMon Mar 6 15:39:39 2006
In a message dated 06/03/2006 22:29:13 GMT Standard Time, rchudacoff@mylinuxisp.com writes: Good way to decrease the state's population. Let's see...one abortion looses one unwanted pregnancy. One septic abortion looses one uterus, and possible one mother (which could spawn 2-5 wanted children.) Sadly, you're right. While I don't agree with abortion as a contraceptive I do think that women have the right to choose. They talk about the vulnerable and young but don't the vulnerable and the young get pregnant too through rape and incest as well as consensual sex? And any child resulting from rape and incest would be all the proof needed to convict those who commit these crimes. Maybe these girls will just 'disappear'. Maybe that's going too far but it's not an impossibility. Just a thought... Gail

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
