Bernard,

It doesn't matter whether it is a known procedure.

First you tell us contrary to evidence that vaginal breech is safer than cesarean breech. Now you tell us we should extract breeches citing 40 years old references?

Come on!

I have done gazillions of breeches. And I have done enough breech extractions to know that this is something to be avoided.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
