I prefer a rubber cup over the metal one, but that entirely depends on which pack the midwife happens to open. You can do this very nicely with a hand pump by the way.

And it's quite good point, disposable stuff is expensive.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
