Jedi John: Only a Jedi has adequate knowledge of the force to use forceps. Girly men and bounty hunters use the vacuum extractor. Yoda P.: You are wise in the ways of the Force. Unfortunately, the Jedi are a dying breed. The Dark Side is dangerously near to complete control, sucking the vitality from the Universe. The Bene Gesserit Midwife communicates directly with the unborn through the powers of her mind, and through her touch on the mother's body, persuading the baby to position itself optimally for vaginal delivery. (Unless baby is too large for the pelvis, which the Bene Gesserit Midwife has no control over.) Grace Bene Gesserit postulant :)

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
