No, you already have an incision in the uterus, makes it kind of hard to “rupture it.” And shoulder impaction is a non-issue, it’s not passing through the pelvis during the C/S, compressed by the pubic symphysis and the bony pelvis.

Believe it or not el - there are still some "men of steel" here who are quite adept in the use of the tongs. Personally, the vacuum extractor is my method of choice.
