As far as laws blocking destruction, this is already on the books in Louisiana. Therefore, after freezing the embryos, they ship them to Houston for storage. Texas doesn't restrict what a couple can do with their embryos.

**I would think if they have gone as far as passing laws preventing destruction, it would also be illegal to ship "living beings" across state lines - especially to a state with lesser laws. Lynn
