I agree. And lose the license to practice. I'm still amazed by the NY obstetrician who carved his initial's on the woman's belly after sewing her up after c-section a few years ago. He should have been criminally prosecuted but wasn't. I think one of the big problems we have here is that people like him don't get called to account, while many decent docs get punished for providing good care. Such as Dr. Murphy from Anchorage, Alaska, whose license was suspended (until a rational judge restored it) because her c-section rate was "too low."
