Question for you great minds out there. What's the difference between a cord or funic presentation? I never heard of funic presentation; the sources brought up in a quick google search seems to equate the two. I presume an actual cord prolapse is where the cord is not only presenting but is passing through a cervix that has already opened, and in a cord or funic presentation the cervix is closed. Grace

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
