Re: OB: No Candid CameraFrom: RModugno@aol.comMon Feb 20 13:35:29 2006
In a message dated 2/17/2006 3:07:19 P.M. Eastern Standard Time, garrys@mindspring.com writes: It is a very sad state that childbirth--one of the most, if not the most important events in one's life cannot be memorialized if desired due to liability concerns. That said, I am in full agreement with no video given the liability concerns we face today. Garry That's if you can get the patient to stop watching Jerry Springer on the damn TV for a minute! The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
