Listers: I have a 38 YO P0020 who has a 24 mm. gest. sac with an abnormally large yolk sac and no fetal pole visible who has not changed over the course of a week. I am thinking* about medical management with misoprostol but am in the middle of a busy office day and don't have time to research how to do it (i.e route and administration of misoprostol). If anyone has a quick reference or a "how to" guide (published or personal experience), please email privately. I will do a medline later today. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
