I don't operate, so I don't pick the music, but I had a good laugh the first time I saw "The Doctor" and they started playing that song. 25 years ago, my med school class staggered out of the Post-senior-skits party to that very tune. It was sort of our class theme song.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
