Gail,

the problem is, that vaginal breech deliveries are not safe. No matter what the skill.

And, I have done galore, so I know what I am talking about. But, once we have the reseach showing that vaginal breech deliveries are safer than vaginal vertex deliveries, I'll catch them again...
