Totally agree, and isn't it sad that there are women who would prefer to sentence a tiny newborn to a stay in the NICU (with all that entails) and possibly a stint on a respirator, just to avoid inconveniencing a family member? (and isn't it just as sad that there are family members and even employers who will put that kind of pressure on a pregnant woman?) People wonder what's wrong with kids today--I still say it's their parents.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
