The problem requries creative solutions. Continue the diclenfenac bid until 36 weeks. Besrest will probalby be her best friend as gravity is the enemy. Try to devise a homemade pessary. Use something inert as possible such as plastic from a cup or coke bottle etc. Possibley a tennuis ball, anything to give support to lower pelvic area without inducing infection. May be good to give steroids now if you have them eithre IM or something po.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
