This issue was reviewed here recently and my answer is the same. WQhen an arrest occurs and you have reason to believe that it is REAL - not syncope - then is you are over 28wks then deliver during code to maximize prob of successful resuscitation. Mom on back is not good for caval compression - turn to side to getoff great vessels is even worse.

Deliver. SOONER rahter than later! ben there too many times. Early delivery does not guarantee either good baby or mother or both. SHIT happens!
