Oh, it was a typo. (LOL) "The rapist" instead of "Therapist." Guess there's only a small space between therapist and the rapist, isn't there?

By golly, don't you love Sean Connery (sort of)? LOL

How do you put an ad out for a rapist? Newsletter at the county jail?

Put a Shrink or other The rapist in the foursome and just talk a lot while walking the fairways.

Not every jurisdiction is the same, but from classic tort law, "mental anguish" has to be almost incapacitating. Simply putting in a few hours at the rapist isn't going to cut it. So in anticipation of the big class action, anyone wanting to participate should "take off" work a few days to get treatment - then point to the severity of the mental anguish (e.g. loss of work, loss of income, etc.) as one element of your case.

I think that you are on to something. Now, we have all the anguish about all the patients out there that have previously or continue to use this patch. The trauma, the agony, the years of therapy. On Dec 5, 2005, at 7:32 AM, Richard Chudacoff, MD wrote:

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
