Foley bulb for cervical ripening tonight. Pitocin beginning early in the morning. Leave the Foley in until it falls out (at which time she will be 3 cm.). Continue Pitocin.

AROM and IUPC when she is in (or is approaching) active phase. Use IUPC to help titrate Pitocin dosing.

As Steve is always mentioning, are you sure it's an intrauterine pregnancy?
