Betsy This is pretty straight forward problem. Term prom with GBS start induction ASAP with pitocin or cytotec. Initiate GBS chemoprophylaxis pen q 4 hours IV. Time of day makes no difference and literature is abundant as are CDC recommendations. More challenging is the same question posed for a 289weeker, 33 weeker and 35 weeker. andrew
