El, I was one of the original members of this list, present from the very beginning. I was invited by Dr. Klein to participate. I am now, and was then, a midwife. If the list was only "for Obstetricians and Gynecologists" I don't believe I would have been invited to participate.

Perhaps your understanding of the original intent of this group is in error.

I have always made every effort to add light, rather than heat, to the discussions here. It is a group I hold close to my heart, and one which has helped to shape my mind, as well.

Cheri

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
