Can you tell more about Acid Mantle ointment and its availablity? Thanks Hank Andrew Folley <agfolley@hotmail.com> wrote: You might have her try a protective ointment in the morning such as Acid Mantle ointmen to protect the skin during the day. Apply Clobetasol 0.05% at night for the next 4 weeks. I would still consider using the testosterone P. in petroatum after that that for the next 6 months to thicken the vuvlo perineal skin. Sometimes the old fashioned ways that do not have the approval of evidenced based medicine are still best.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
