You might have her try a protective ointment in the morning such as Acid Mantle ointmen to protect the skin during the day. Apply Clobetasol 0.05% at night for the next 4 weeks. I would still consider using the testosterone P. in petroatum after that that for the next 6 months to thicken the vuvlo perineal skin. Sometimes the old fashioned ways that do not have the approval of evidenced based medicine are still best.
